To ensure a smooth booking experience, please read the information below before scheduling your appointment.

Booking Process

1. Select an available date and time on the storefront and choose your desired service.
2. Once your appointment request is approved, a non-refundable deposit of ₦2000 is required to secure your booking.
3. The deposit will be deducted from your final service cost on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

* Please make every effort to arrive at your appointment on time.
* Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may experience a shorter service time or a waiting period, depending on availability.
* Clients who are 1 hour late will have their appointment cancelled and will need to reschedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

* If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if sufficient notice is given.

Important Information

* Please come with clean nails free from polish, gel, or acrylic unless a removal service has been booked.
* Kindly notify us in advance if you have any allergies, nail conditions, or special requests.
* The remaining balance is due immediately after your service is completed.
